Don't Judge The Other People Flying Skill

I'm not sure why I want to write about this thing..
About his topic..
Suddenly it appear in my mind..
Maybe before this I have think about this..
And recently, take it as a serious matter..
Maybe, it reaching the boiling point of the brain..
Doesn't mean I angry..
Cuma luahan ikhlas dari hati..
Mewakili the others yang kadang kala makan hati dengan orang lain..
CPL stage, after we have the PPL license..
We already can fly for Instrument Flying, doing the letdown at the airfield (follow as per chart)..
Then , untuk buat instrument flying, we need to bring our friend as a mutual (safety) pilot..

Because we need to see the instrument..
It's all about to chaise the needle..
Who doesn't involve in flying, maybe they don't what about what I talking about..

It's not about I don't want to tell all of you about that..
Because until now I have the hard time to understand how the thing work..
Ni semua sebab mugup masa ground school la ni..
Bukan saya sorang je, mcm orang lain pon sama je..
hehe..
I know how to use the chart, but only the basic..
Deeper than that, sorry I raise my hand and surrender..
Better ask the others who claim how good they are in flying..
Some of the people, like to judge the others..
About medium turn, steep turn, stall and etc..
Tak salah sebenarnya nak menegur orang lain..
But, we have correct way to advice them..
Dont simply say something straight to them.
Jangan jadi lurus bendul..
Orang lain juga punya hati dan perasaan..
Sebagai contoh..
When doing a turn or any other exercise, our friend lost the height..
Then, we try yo advice them..
2 situation..

S1: Hey, you loose height.. 200 ft.. Be careful la.. Hold back pressure.. Critical ni.. Only allowed to loose 100 ft only.. Maintain your height..

s2: Ok.. Everything good.. Ball balance.. Degrees of turn nice.. Height.. Oh, losing height la bang.. Back pressure sket lg.. Ok, hold.. Ok, cantik.. Kan boleh tu.. Nice..

Tujuan tetap sama..

Menegur kesalahan kawan..
Tapi mana yg lebih baik..
Apa salahnya menegur dengan cara yang paling baik..
Because we are not perfect..

Landing part..
While your friend concentrate to land the aircraft, on final approach..
Try to see, where is your hand??
On your leg or on the control stick, precaution like you want to assist him??
Please..!!
Come on la bang..
Why you feel afraid??
You think he land like hell??
Mean, your approach and landing good enough??
Good than him??
If you feel afraid, better from the beginning don't fly with him..
All of them already have PPL license..

That mean they are competence and being certified to fly the aircraft..

Unless, you are the instructor..
They have the authority to judge and to give the grad on your flying..

And I bare in mind..
When another time a fly mutual, I know what to do..

In DA-40, we have the Garmin G1000 @ GPS..
We can use that as a backup when fly Navigation..
But some of them refuse to use it..
Ok, good enough..
You want to train yourself using the map..
Kata mereka, nak belajar baca map..
Saya sangat setuju dengan mereka sebab mereka adalah Pilot In Command (PIC)..
Tetapi kenapa ada mutual partner yang larang PIC untuk guna GPS??
Who's the PIC now??

Even the instructor set the waypoint in the Garmin..
As a backup..
Macam hebat sangatlah dia fly..
Padahal bila naik dengan dia, set waypoint jugak..
Ni namanya manusia yang berlagak pandai..
Kalau dia tak bagi orang guna dan dia jugak tak gunakan GPS takpelah..
Tapi dia pun 2x5 je..
Pening kepala dengan manusia macam ni..

Even me, I never judge the others skill..
Because I realise my flying skill is not good enough..
All of them gempak in flying, even better than me..
Just, some of them have their own power in certain exercise..
Some of them good in maintaining straight and level..
Some of them while commencing medium turn..
Steep turn..
Landing..
Holding..
They have their own skill..
Own capability..
Me myself, have skill..
Skill about what??
Hmm..
I'm not so sure..
Maybe skillful during start up je kot..
hehe..

I have my own way to advice my friend..
They know how I behave when flying..
I know the limit..
Never give the grading to your partner..
Because your flying skill, still bad..
Please..
Be humble..

Banyak lagi benda nak tulis..
Tapi tak boleh banyak sangat..
Nanti nampak pulak emo..
Dan ade pulak yang terasa..
Orang pon ada hati dan perasaan..

Just my advice, please don't judge the others..
If I know..
Only one thing I will say to them..
"Hey bro, your Radio Call suck.. Not a good ATC compliance"
Don't let me say that..
